Sly Transportation Service LLC
Privacy Notice
Draft for review · October 26, 2026
1. Who handles your data
Sly Transportation Service LLC provides ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT and is the data controller for account administration, service security, support and our own business operations. For renter records uploaded or collected on an operator’s behalf, that independent rental business determines its purposes and is normally the controller; we process those records to provide its workspace. Contact the rental operator about its rental-specific privacy practices.
2. Data, purposes and legal bases
- Account and business details, such as name, email, login credentials, business name and staff membership: to create accounts, authenticate users, administer subscriptions and provide the service; contract performance and legitimate interests in secure administration.
- Rental and vehicle records, such as renter contact details, booking dates, vehicle information, mileage, fuel, damage notes, inspection photos, agreement acknowledgments and external payment references: to deliver the operator’s rental-management tools under its instructions and our service contract.
- Owner identity and business-registration documents, renter license front/back images, submission consent and manual review records: to support authorized document collection and review, using submission authorization and legitimate security interests, subject to applicable law and the operator’s instructions. Uploads do not authorize biometric, criminal-history or driving-record checks.
- Support messages and website-help requests: to answer questions and manage requested assistance; contract performance or legitimate interests.
- Usage, error and device information, including IP address, browser information and security logs: to diagnose failures, prevent abuse and improve reliability; legitimate interests. Optional analytics or marketing would rely on consent where required.
We do not currently provide connected live GPS telemetry or automated identity/background checks. Any future collection through such services requires appropriate disclosures, permissions and setup before use.
3. Who receives data
We share necessary data with hosting, authentication, private-storage and technical service providers, and with support or analytics providers if used. Authorized rental-business staff can access that business’s renter records; restricted platform reviewers can access owner document submissions. Identity images are not public catalog content.
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, receives information needed for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing, and handles payment data under its own privacy notice. We may also disclose necessary data to professional legal or accounting advisers, or to authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain account data while the account is maintained and afterwards only as necessary for legal obligations, disputes and security. Rental records and agreement evidence are retained under the rental operator’s instructions and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Identity images should be kept only as long as necessary for the disclosed review purpose and relevant legal requirements; authorized reviewers can delete uploaded images.
When no longer needed, information will be deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful preservation and routine backup expiry. Cancellation or loss of workspace access does not automatically delete records. Specific retention schedules and backup-expiry periods are pending business and legal review before launch; this draft does not promise an automatic deletion deadline.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, a portable copy, information about disclosures, restriction of certain processing, or object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Applicable California rights may include knowing, accessing, correcting and deleting information, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain sensitive-information uses and receiving non-discriminatory treatment. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and apply lawful exceptions.
For renter records controlled by an operator, contact that operator first. For software privacy inquiries, use our company mailing address or phone number below. Our privacy inbox remains pending confirmation; do not send license images through ordinary email.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and private document storage. Access to identity documents and booking packages is restricted to authorized users. No service can guarantee absolute security; protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies or browser storage maintain sign-in and necessary service preferences. This draft does not introduce optional analytics or advertising cookies. If optional tracking is introduced, we will provide appropriate notice and consent controls where required. You can clear or block storage through browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or prevent essential features from working.
8. Location, children and changes
Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Where applicable, legally required safeguards will be used for international transfers. ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT is intended for adults operating rental businesses, not children. Material changes to this notice will be communicated through the service.
