1. Your agreement with us

ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT is rental-management software provided by Sly Transportation Service LLC (“we”, “us”). You contract with Sly Transportation Service LLC for use of the software. By accessing or continuing to use ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age and, if using ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT for a business, authorized to bind that business.

2. Software and rental responsibilities

ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT helps independent rental businesses organize vehicles, booking requests, maintenance and records. Each operator is responsible for its rental agreements, vehicle ownership or authority, licensing, insurance, taxes, disclosures and lawful treatment of renters. We are not the vehicle rental operator or insurer.

Uploaded identity documents and manual review are not automated identity verification, background checks or driving-record checks. Recorded external payments are not processor-verified payments. Agreement acknowledgments are owner-recorded evidence, not certified electronic signatures. Real tracking and rental-owner online payouts require separately connected and approved services.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account information accurate and credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for giving staff only appropriate access.

You must not use ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, probe security, scrape the service without authorization, interfere with availability or bypass access controls. Do not upload documents you lack permission to collect or use tracking for unlawful surveillance.

4. Ownership and your content

We retain ownership of ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT’s software, documentation, branding and other intellectual property. Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not permit resale, redistribution, reverse engineering where prohibited by law or circumvention of technical limits.

You retain rights to your business records and uploaded content. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.

5. Subscriptions and payment

The current owner plan is $55 USD per month for up to five active vehicles. Applicable taxes and the amount payable are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Use the billing portal to cancel future renewals; a cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves subscription access until that period ends, unless access is suspended for another reason below.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

See Paddle’s Buyer Terms for payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, and our Refund Policy for the refund window. These arrangements apply to ESTEE FLEET MANAGEMENT subscriptions, not vehicle rental proceeds or security deposits.

6. Availability and limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Maintain appropriate copies of essential business records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Workspace access requires an active subscription or an authorized administrative exception. Loss of access does not itself erase historical records, but it may prevent you from accessing them. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Notice; arrange copies of needed records before cancelling.

8. Law, updates and contact

California law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes through the service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
